Here are the issues that I faced this time at this hotel
1. Cups and the cup holders were not clean and were never cleaned during a 3-day stay. Black stains were still left inside the coffee cups. Even the coffee machine was not clean.
2. Breakfast menu: poor menu and they were cold. When I visited at 7:30 and ordered Fried eggs, I was told that fried eggs would be available after 8:00 am. How come?
3. A complimentary drink was not served even it was included in the package
4. Checking in and out took so long. We even had trouble in the check-out time with the receipt. Without any excuse, staff blamed us us. Especially, managers did not try to solve the problem and told us to wait 5 minutes every time. Even it took more than an hour when we started check out procedure. Managers never came out to solve the problem.
It was a good hotel before and always stayed when I visited Mumbai for the B-Trip.
So never recommend you to stay here if you dont want to have bad service, uncleaned cups, old and cold breakfasts.

"Very poorly maintained property.. After checking room we decided to leave it immediately.. Unfortunately loss of 2 rooms fee because of no refund policy of expedia.. Expedia is also running scam adding such properties at it site and tagging it as non refundable property.."

"The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family ..."
