"The hotel facilities are very basic. Very good hot shower and a clean bed, and a restaurant with very reasonable price of everything on the menu. Extremely friendly helpful wait staff. They actually made momo, a Nepalese dumplings for us upon my husband's request. Mind you, it was not on their menu. "Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra. Stay away from this place!!!!!"
