This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, and it never disappoints. Rooms are fantastic, service is always attentive and with a smile, the breakfast keeps on getting better and the restaurant and wine list is always interesting and worth a visit. Great for kids and dogs as well.

The hotel is fantastic and the photos on Expedia don’t do the common areas justice! The staff were all lovely and charming and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the room spacious and comfortable! We will be back for sure!

The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices reasonable for the standard. The service in the hotel is perfunctory, lacking customer service skills in terms of warmth and can do attitude. Bar service was poor, slow and who doesn't have a slice of lemon for a gin and tonic?

Everything about the hotel, from checking in with a concert going on in the foyer, the helpfulness of the staff, and the lovely breakfast in the morning was a delight. The hotel is well appointed, has plentiful parking, and the bed was so comfortable. Of special note was the restaurant. The evening meal we had was one of the best I've had. The starter in particular was a delight. Even though we only stayed for the one night it made quite an impression and we will return for a longer stay.
