"私が泊まった部屋はバスタブがありゆったりしていましたが、ともかく黒カビが除去されてなくとても清潔な状態ではなかった。古いのは仕方ないとしても、綺麗に整えるべき。またボディソープがない、それを伝えると今度は手洗いのソープが無かった。あと、暖房機？の音がきになりましたね。 場所は便利で食事も割と良いので、残念です。"

"ロケーションかよく、コスパが大変良かったですが、施設とのコミュニケーションが取りにくく、フロント稼働時間内でも連絡は遅れがちで、ひどい時は5時間後ぐらいになってました。入り方は14時までに送ると連絡が来ていましてが、時間になっても来ないので聞いたところ入室は15時からだといわれ、15時すぎても連絡が来ないので再度連絡すると、16時前にようやく連絡がきました。時間に準備ができなかったのに謝りもしませんでした。 テレビやキッチンの使い方がわからず聞いてもわからないとしか言われず、キッチンはなんとか使えるようになりましたが、テレビは使えないままでした。 私は身長155cmですが、ベッドは小さいので大きい人だと大変だと思います。ベッドの寝心地は良くなかったです。"

"All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel.
