「One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...

「It’s an older property, in the shower, the tub creaked, the door creaked, lots of sounds you can hear during the night. For low budget, it is what you’d expect.」

「Our room and the common spaces were clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely and our non-dairy needs were able to be accommodated. We didn’t interact much with any staff but each process was such a breeze that we really didn’t need to. The hotel is in such a great, central location and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and scenic spots.」

「The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere.」

「Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The Hudson views were outstanding! The charm of the architecture was awesome with the copper metal patches on the wood plank floors. We missed peak season by a week or two, but the leaves that were still there were stunning from our balcony. We are looking forward to coming back next year during peak! (The views are worth coming in any season, honestly)」

「The staff was amazing… the waterfall was blissful」

「I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

「The room smells like pee and the room service didn’t come the 2 days we stayed」

「Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4.」

「Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.」

「The breakfast could have been better.」

「It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.」
