While we understand that unforeseen events can affect your trip, we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you anticipate needing to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or your party members, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

For guests bringing pets, we welcome up to 2 dogs, as we recognize that pets are part of the family. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking—please email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
