About this property

Spacious 5BR, 3BA Waterfront Home w/Fenced Backyard & Private Boat Dock

  • The main floor has an open floor plan with large kitchen and living area, all with beautiful views of Lake Kalamazoo. On the main floor you will also find the master suite with king bed, bath and walk-in closet as well as a sliding door accessing the outdoor deck. Additionally, there are two other bedrooms: one with twin bunk beds and a queen (3 beds in one room) and the other with a queen bed. You will also find a washer/dryer and bathroom on the main floor. On the upper level of the home, there is a furnished landing with a third bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom is a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The home also has a private driveway that will fit 2-4 cars depending on size. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $100 PER PET FEE
