Welcome to Arrowhead City Studio #5

Don't miss out the location of this studio condo could not get any better! steps away from the heart of downtown" to steps away from the heart of both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Set up as a true studio, with a Murphy bed, kitchenette, and full bath. During the day put the bed up and lounge around in the living space watching tv. There is enough parking for two cars. Arrowhead Resort is the place to be this summer.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy.

It was everything as advertised. A great location. A little snug when the Murphy bed was down. Wish there would have been soap in the bathroom and soap on the sink and maybe coffee but other than that very clean and very nice.

Comfortable condo perfect location

Keyless entry, responsive host, comfortable mattress and bedding, clean condo, great location and walkable to downtown Saugatuck. Only problem was the light directly outside the door is bright and shines in with blinds pulled no on off switch available to control.

Bad Furniture

The furniture of Arrowhead #5 is very short, it’s hard for an older person to stand up from. It’s also on rollers that makes it a little harder still. I understand the space limitations. Thanks

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Arrowhead. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the center of town and we truly loved it. It was immaculately clean, the host was attentive to all our needs and even went out of her way to deliver an iron for me. It was everything one could need and more. Highly recommended! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great! No complaints whatsoever.

Perfect for 2!

We loved our stay. It is in such a nice location where you get to walk in to town easily but aren’t right in the hustle and bustle. They also sent information the week of that had all activities, live music, etc happening during your stay. A very short drive to Oval Beach which was beautiful. We loved Saugatuck and our stay at this property.
