"Very nice room! Simple but clean and everything you need really. Staff was always nice and service minded to us. The absolute best thing was the breakfast, mojo cafe offers a lot of options when it comes to breakfast and every course is amazing. Location was perfect, close to all the beaches and walking street but not too close to get disturbed."

"This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. "

"We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."
