The hosts were excellent and the cottage was great! We enjoyed the beautiful views and the quiet area. The only small issue was even after getting WiFi code it wasn’t working well and tv kept going off and on periodically but having said that if you was to unplug and relax this is for you!

This was our second time staying there. Quiet and peaceful place on the river. Only complaint- WiFi sucks. Verizon service not good there either. We bring the boat and the public boat ramp is at the entrance of the campground.

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable! We had enough space to set up our dog’s crate. The grounds were quiet and there was a lovely little spot to sit along the water and watch the boats on the river.

Homey and exactly as pictured!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The host did an amazing job with the space and so much thought was put into every detail. It was perfect for the holiday to visit family but also be able to work when needed. Outside was beautiful too and the perfect space for dog walking and our adventurous 5 year old! We can’t wait to come back!

Just got home from staying at the cabin and couldn’t say enough good things about this place and property! The communication from everyone involved was amazing from start to finish and we would get responses within minutes (sometimes instantly) if we had a question. We didn’t necessarily know the location was situated in a park for other RVs and cabins (our fault), but it made us feel safer knowing we had good/nice people around us. The property was absolutely gorgeous and also very kid friendly with so much to explore. The public boat access right next to the property was a big reason we chose this spot and it got us on the water in such a great part of the river. The ramp does get crowded and parking can be tricky with your trailer, but it was great given how close we were. Huge shout out Angie, Matt, and Bree that work there.

Satsuma cabin

Property manager was prompt in answering my questions and was helpful in responding to any needs we had.The cabin was charming and clean, we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a couple but would easily accommodate a family or two couples. An earring that I lost was found while the cabin was cleaned and the manager offered to send it to me! Made me very happy to have her do that!

Peaceful Retreat

We booked this place due to the proximity to a birthday party we were attending in Welaka. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is very serene. We only stayed a couple of nights, but it would be great for a week long getaway. The boat ramp was in good condition and there was plenty of parking for two vehicles and our large tritoon boat. We definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the river!
