Nice view and good location. Improvements needed in the unit are an icemaker, clean tile floors (walking across the floor in white socks revealed a lot of dirt) and improved wifi (cable modem/router need to be replaced with modern units).

This property was just what we were looking for! Loved that it was right on the beach and also had a pool! They also supplied fun stuff for the beach! Truly a great experience and would love to come back next year!

Great location

Great spot, walked into some bugs (they said they come 2x/year) but vacuum was accessible to suck them up. Beautifully redone bathrooms, kitchen has most items (salt&pepper would be nice) but is slightly outdated. Great pool, shuffleboard and beach access! We would come back!

Great Winter Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo! Had everything we needed and when we had trouble with the internet. We called and she told us what to do to get it back on! Had trouble with the living room tv tho. Needs better instructions on how to use. Could not figure it out! The heated pool was nice. And having a grocery store right across the street was very convenient!

Great on the beach condo!

We came to Melbourne to visit family and the beach from Atlanta. This condo was 20 min from the airport and easy to find with lots of conveniences in walking distance, Publix and Dunkin. The view from the living area and porch is beautiful. Def enjoyed my coffee out there! The beach was nice and so was the pool. We found lots of shells since it was post hurricane. They have lots of beach toys and accessories. The kitchen had cooking stuff and the basics like a small dish soap and pods. It was clean and well maintained. There is an elevator which was nice for taking up luggage and stairs close as well. The communication from rental coordinator was great and helped us get in a hour early. Nice place to stay and a good value on the beach!

Satellite Beach Condo

Quiet Paradise

Very nice stay in this quiet, top-floor condo. The building is very close to the water and we could hear the waves day and night. The views were fantastic! Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, the beach was quiet with very few people, The kitchen was stocked but we didn’t cook because there were so many great dining options in Satellite Beach and Indialantic. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I had questions before, during and after our stay and the host replied promptly each time.

Condo Stay

Family Spring Break

We really loved staying at this property for our spring break. The property was just as described and shown in the photos. The staff that maintains the grounds really take pride in keeping everything clean, fun and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed walking the beach. One issue we encountered was that Re nourishment of the beach started the day we arrived, so we were not able to set up on the beach as planned. Overall, we do recommend staying here!

Relaxing stay

We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation between the holidays. This was perfect. The views were beautiful from our balcony. The pool was clean & warm. It was a short distance to Cocoa Beach where we experienced more of the tourist attractions.
