The property is on a barrier island along Florida's east coast, about 7 miles north of Melbourne beach.

Enjoy this quiet and relaxing older community located directly across the street from miles of private beach to explore, with very little pedestrian traffic.

Centrally located on the property is a courtyard with picnic tables and grill, large pool area, shuffle board and basketball court. This newly renovated, beautiful 614 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small 2 level complex. Partial ocean view from both bedroom and living room. Cozy condo, ideal for seasonal escape from colder weather. Condo offers amenities which includes Wifi, fully equipped kitchen and linens, beach chairs/towels. Laundry facility located. Sorry, no pets allowed per condo association. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your stay.

A week in Satellite Beach

This condo is located in an older (50 years plus) 5 building location. Charlie totally renovated this condo and it is very clean, comfortable and attractive.. The ocean is right across the street. Very quiet and safe area. We enjoyed our stay.
