Enjoy the sound and view of the ocean from any rooms. Watch rocket launch from our own beach and patio. The beach front condo is located near Patrick Space Port, Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center. The condo can accommodate maximum 4 persons with kitchen fully equipped for home cooking, fast 200 Mbs WIFI, and cable TV, refrigerator with ice maker, and granite counter-tops. Relax and enjoy the ocean while you are teleworking from our condo.
The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from every window and the sliding door and from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the covered patio. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom a bathtub and shower. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room has large sliding doors that opens to a generously sized patio that overlooks the beach.
The condo is right by the Pineda Causeway and south of Patrick Space Force. It is about 15 minutes away from Cocoa Beach Pier. 30 minutes away from cruise ship terminals Port Canaveral and less than 1.5 hours from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio and Orlando International Airport. There are good restaurants in walking distance and shopping from across the street.
Other things to note.
Finally we have had beach access approved by the city before Christmas 2024. The beach access is right behind the back door, - less than 100 feet from the elevators. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys for children.
This is the most economical way to stay in the ocean front place to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with less crowded traffic and watch the space launches from anywhere.
