"L'appartamento era ben locato, in quanto consentiva di esplorare la città vecchia ma allo stesso tempo non era lontano dalla città nuova dove avevamo parcheggiato l'auto. L'annuncio era leggermente fuorviante, in quanto il terrazzino che si vede nelle foto si trova in un'altra proprietà, al piano superiore,ove un'altra coppia ero ospitata. "The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The host, Maria and Francisco met us there to check in. She must have been baking all day as there were 2 cakes and various breakfast items. We were steps from the main Piazza and the Sassi. Difinately a must see. The caves are over 9000 years old. Truly amazing. We highly recommend this location"

"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. The accommodations were pristine, spacious and well laid out. The groundskeeper (Marcello) is there every morning at 7:00 to clean the pool and any other maintenance needs. "Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!"

"Unique Experience in Matera! A real adventure—sleeping in a beautiful cave room was unforgettable! The breakfast was fantastic, and the people were so kind and friendly. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the design of the room kept the history alive. Plenty of great restaurants around, all within walking distance. We would love to come back again!"

"I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. Wifi worked well and the owner is super nice. Breakfast was simple but appreciated, some eggs would have been nice. Great location and easy affordable parking nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay, would definitely return. "
