The entire complex was clean and beautifully decorated. It is right at the bottom of whistler mountain. The gondola is only 300 feet away . Perfect location. Grocery store and restaurants close by and only 5 minute drive to whistler village, also bus stop close by.

The park sits midway up the mountain but under the snow line. The park itself is incredibly beautiful with a beach trail that takes you along the edge of the lakes within the park. There are no showers here so something to keep in mind. Only out houses and water pumps. The drive from the base to the park is about 15 minutes and there are lots of pot holes when I went so don't drive too fast or it will take your car out. The closest town is Harrison Hot Springs where you can find a beautiful beach and play area for the kids as well as the Hot Springs - but it does get crazy busy there.
