Come and enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in this charming house that can accommodate up to 6 people in Sarzeau. Its garden and swimming pool offer numerous opportunities to relax and have fun. Imagine starting your days breathing fresh air on the terrace while savouring a delicious breakfast, then lounging in the sun before cooling off in the pool. Afterwards, you can get together to prepare and enjoy tasty grilled dishes before walking to the beach to enjoy a saltwater bath.

The living area opens onto the garden and houses a fully equipped kitchen including induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The central island invites you to gather around good meals. A living room is also at your disposal, where you can enjoy a film on the television.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a shower room and toilets. Upstairs, you can rest in one of the two other bedrooms, the first being equipped with a double bed and the second with a sofa bed. A bathroom and toilets complete this floor.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the pool is heated and available from 8 May to 23 October, and the house is equipped with a barbecue, a plancha, a washing machine, a hairdryer and three parking spaces.
