주차도 편리했고 가격도 저렴하고 핸드폰 충전기도 빌려주시고 무엇보다 조식을 샌드위치 +콘프라이트+두유+황도+소고기죽까지 믹스커피와 칸타타 캔커피에 생수2병에 저의 최애 탄산수까지 심지어 알로에마스크팩까지 찾아오는 투객을 위한 너무나 많이 고심한 배려한 세트를 보고 참 감동 받았어요~~ 재방문100프로입니다~^^」
「호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다.
호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. 」

2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person)

"The location is a little far from town, but it is easy to call tax. Especially, nice and wide ocean view from the room . The best point is the staff hospitality. We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch.
