VILLA LA FONTE - RADICONFANI

This stone farmhouse is located on a hill in the Val d'Orcia and next to the slopes of Mount Cetona. It is just 10 minutes' drive to typical Tuscan towns as Radicofani, Celle sul Rigo and San Casciano dei Bagni with its thermal springs. Its location is especially favourable for daily excursions in the nearby cities of Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena and Arezzo. Access to the house via a country road (1km).

The house is composed of two adjoining apartments and it has two entrances: one accessible by an external stair (most used) and the other is on the left side. The house takes place only on the first floor and the interiors have exposed beams. On the ground floor there are premises not accessible to clients.

It has a large fenced outdoor space, equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and covered terrace with table and chairs perfect for "al fresco" dining.

The location is quiet and it is the ideal place for those who wants privacy. Pets are welcome!!!

First floor: kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.

The private swimming pool (10mx5m - depth 1.20m to 1.50m), enjoys fine views of the surrounding countryside.

Facilities: BBQ, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, garden. As a benefit guests can have at their disposal fresh produce of the owner's vegetable garden.
