Flamenco Rosa C4 is a bright and modern top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and updated finishes. This unit is very close to the amenities of the Las Palmas community including grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and day spas. Flamenco Rosa C is beautifully landscaped with a shared pool and covered rancho area. It is the third complex from the beach road and just a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have private access to the full condo and share the pool and covered rancho with the other units in the complex (20 units in total).

The condo has an open living, dining, and kitchen space - the living room has a comfortable seating area with Smart TV, the dining table seats 4 and the kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, which is quite uncommon in this size of condo. Also unique to this property are the TWO master bedrooms – each equipped with comfy King beds and modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a combo washer/dryer in the unit for your use as well.
