The villa is gorgeous and the view and pool are stunning. The service provided by the staff and management team is very good. We had some minor issues (which were normal things happening) and it was always resolved very quickly. I strongly recommend it.

We loved villa Madera, it was perfect for our extended stay in Costa Rica. The location is perfect with the most amazing views over the ocean, it was so relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our family to come and join us during our stay. The property owner Rinku was so responsive to any requests and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.

The villa is located in a very quiet, gated community. We arrived as the cleaning staff was finishing up, and the house manager showed us around and was very friendly. The house was spacious for the four of us and could comfortably accommodate up to eight people. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was incredible, and we spent every morning sitting outside with a cup of coffee, taking in the beautiful scenery. Playa Hermosa Beach was only a few minutes' drive from the house. The water was calm, and the beach was uncrowded, making it a perfect place to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the tourist crowds.

Spectacular property that matched the listing exactly. The pool and the view are a dream. The kitchen and interior is really well laid out. Everything just flows and fits together. Even the views out the back against the hillside are enadearing due to the landscaping. The height overlooking the small town means that it is very quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay there again and have already referred the property to friends and family.

This is absolutely the best home overlooking Playa Hermoso. Best sunsets, ocean views and staff to take care of all your vacation needs. My family had a great seven day stay and I only hope this home is for sale someday because I like it enough to purchase it.

The house is fantastic and the people are incredible! Marilyn is a gem and Regina made some of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Highly reccomend and we will be back. Seriously, first class and all their reccomendations were amazing!

Beautiful Getaway

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The house management team was very helpful and accommodating, the neighborhood was beautiful and secure, and the house was clean and beautifully perched at the top of a gorgeous hill just in the right spot to have an absolutely perfect view. Close to a number of great restaurants and nice beaches, we highly recommended it to anyone wanting to get away to a quiet sanctuary!

Spectacular property!!

This property is by far one of the most beautiful, convenient, and accommodating Vrbo properties we have ever visited. The amenities and property staff were second to none. This property far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend the location, the fabulous views, and a pool that pleases everyone!! This is a stunning house with amazing views. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The listing photos are very accurate. The pool is fantastic and the sunsets are unbelievably beautiful. The concierge, Javier, was extremely helpful in setting up activities and reservations. The housekeeper will cook you breakfast if you request it as long as you provide the groceries, and that was a really nice bonus. The host provided a lovely fruit basket and wine at check in and the check in process was seamless. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even arranged a private cooking class at the villa, which was perfect.The neighborhood is secure and overall very quiet. Coco Beach, a 15 minute drive away, has more to do than Playa Hermosa. It's best to have a rental car.Overall I was happy with the house. I would not recommend booking the catamaran tour unless they change providers as it was not a good experience, but they appreciated the feedback we gave them.

Excellent relaxing vacation

We had an amazing stay at Villa Madera. The staff was great, the property was clean and spacious and in a quiet, private neighborhood. Easy access to beach, groceries, restaurants. Would highly recommend. We were a family of 4 but could easily house two families with 3-4 small kids. Poole and patio are amazing! Definitely rent a car.

Our family had the most amazing stay at Villa Madera! The home is beautiful, and it is exactly as pictured. The pool and views are stunning. Marilyn patiently helped us plan all of our activities. She arranged transportation, helped with meals, and coordinated logistics. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay! Thank you so much for everything. It was truly an incredible week! Perfect size sun and pool

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the views accommodations and excursions. The hostess was very responsive with communication. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bryan made our stay effortless. They went out of their way for my daughter’s 21st bday :) The villa was the perfect size for our group and could not beat the views !!!!

Amazing!

Everything was as expected. The house was beautiful and very clean. Rinku and the staff were very attentive. The views were amazing, just a short drive to nearby beaches and restaurants. Enjoyed watching the raccoons and coatis that came around the house. Will definitely be returning!

The property management company and owner were just fabulous. My 4 kids and I were taken aback by the breath taking views from the infinity pool and patio. It was just wonderful. The property management company also helped set up excursions - white water rafting, Vandara Adventure Park, deep sea fishing/whale watching/swimming with turtles - which all were just amazing. We hope to be back in the years ahead! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing Villa and Host

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Madera. The Villa is very clean with comfortable furnishings. The outdoor space has a great overhang for when the sun gets too hot and plenty of seating areas for everyone to spread out. The pool and view are great too! Rinku is a very attentive host and checks in to make sure all our needs were taken care of. When I asked her where I could buy a magic bullet she had one sent to the Villa. Along with the staff at Zindis all our needs were taken care of.
