Wonderful house. Close to coco beach. We had a car but you could probably walk to the beach in less than a half hour. We recommend Taco Rosado for breakfast or dinner. The house had everything you need from spices, oils, coffee, sugar, tea, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. The washer and dryer was nice to have to wash towels and bathing suits.Two of the upstairs bedrooms have transom windows without shades so I recommend an eye mask if you are going to stay in them.Nice pool. Lots of floaties to use. There is a whole basket of beach towels. There really isn’t a dining room, but there is a large table on the patio that we used daily. There is a coffee maker but it is kind of small for a house this size.Air conditioning worked well. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.We also enjoyed the Club at Coco Bay. They have a gym, tennis/pickleball courts. A big pool with a small water slide and a swim up bar. Daniel was wonderful! We brought our own pickleball rackets and balls. We also had hibachi for dinner one night at their restaurant. Good food!Nelsy was always available to answer questions and help as needed. Very good to work with. She even arranged massages for us at the house. I would stay here again. Wonderful say, great location. We felt safe and enjoyed the amenities.
