It is behind a heavy electric gate, so we felt very safe!Eduardo communicates very efficiently and was so helpful in navigating our excursions… I hope some day to be able to have the privilege of staying at Gósen again and would give it 10 stars!! 」

We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. And of course loved our visits from mani and duke, the resident pups!! A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. 」

「This place is exotic! 6 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The first day some of our group was ill and so we stayed in most of the day. It still felt like an exotic vacation. The views of the jungle, the wild life, and the plants are amazing on this property. We loved how much character the property and house has! The beds were so comfortable. 「The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Push on lights were placed over the stove to give better light there as the kitchen is also dark. Walking into town takes about 10 mins and is an easy and nice walk. People very friendly.
