The place was super dirty I found the beds with the used blankets they did not changed them and when I requested new blankets I found them outside on a chair so I ended up changing the blankets my self

Our room had a kitchen and a seperate area with a sofa sleeper. Housekeeping came every day and did a wonderful job. The only cons were that it's off a main road which can be noisy at night, and there were some questionable people staying in the motel and constantly walking through the parking lot to go to the liquor store next to it. Theres an outdoor pool and washer and dryer, if needed. My kids prefer to stay here when we visit Sarasota and will be back.

A decent place for who looking for a room with kitchen. You will have 2 rooms: 1. Kitchen with fridge with freezer (full size, not big), couch, TV and small table with 2 chairs. 2. Bedroom (mine was 2 double beds). There is bathroom next to the bed room. It’s a bit old but kept clean in acceptable level. Bath tub is okay, but prefer not to bathe (it’s not that clean). There are silverware for 3-4 people. Large size plates (5-6 maybe) soup bowl (2-3), glass cup for drink (2-3), pans, pots and kitchenwares but some of them looked a bit old condition but you can cook with. They changed the bed sheet 1 time while staying there for 6nights. They do daily clean up and you can ask anything you need for dish soap, scrub sponge, toaster, etc. overall it’s acceptable level for the price. Very close to Saratosa downtown, 5mins to Whole Foods. 1 min to Walmart grocery. Good location quiet area in night time.

Very convenient to Ringling School of Art and Design, which we were there for. The room was very clean. The AC had auto shut off which made it very hard to sleep as the room got very humid, and the pillows were beyond thin. We had to request an extra set of towels (three staying in the room) and got a snarky answer that the room would be cleaned, well, we didn’t have three on arrival, and the cleaner had already been by. So yes, my request for a third bath towel was reasonable. Our TV didn’t work. Found this out at 7:00 pm. Someone stopped by and said they didn’t know what was going on, maintenance had gone home for the day, they would talk to them the next day. Never heard back. Ended up watching shows on my phone. The beds were also very hard, even with no smoking there were burn holes in the comforter. We were supposed to be there for three nights. Ended up leaving at 6:00 pm of our last day, with a 17 hr drive home there was no way we were going to sleep comfortably enough to ensure a safe trip home. Ended up knocking out some hours of our trip and found a VERY comfortable and cool hotel in another town. While the hotel wasn’t “bad” it wouldn’t be my choice when we come back to Sarasota. If you are fairly close by and need an inexpensive place for a few days it’s doable, but if you need to ensure good rest for a long drive I wouldn’t recommend it.

The only staff was the person I checked in with. Nice enough but couldn’t tell me where there was an ice cream parlor nearby The room was clean enough. It should be updated. It got stuck in the 60’s. This was a king size suite. For some reason, was stocked with one facecloth. I would not return.

This is a motel near the beach. It’s an older property and maybe some rooms are more updated. The room I was in was not the same as the photos. There were horizontal blinds but no curtains to help block the lights. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and was available to help with whatever. Good choice if you are looking for a motel.

The facility is “Old Florida” as described but we enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and comfortable and convenient to many things. We would definitely stay here again.
