Very displeased with Expedia for not confirming my reservation with hotel. They couldn;t find it either by name or confirmation #. Check in took an extra 2 hours while Expedia tried to work out resolution. Not great way to begin my stay. The property was clean and room appeared updated. The airconditioning was broke. 2 people were sent to look at it. They could not change my room because they were full. Offered refund but never gave it. Your company never got in contact with them.
