THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a studio apartment unit that is attached to a main house that is also available to rent. Both units have separate entrances and private, fenced-in backyards. Although we have taken painstaking efforts to soundproof both units, it is possible that at times some sound may travel between units. We ask that guests be considerate of one another.
