Unit was clean. Pool pump needed repair, sink needed unclogging (maintenance fixed both promptly), advertised Hot Tub wasn't there! Pillows were stiff, recommend upgrading them. Great views and outdoor seating options.

Great location for all the beaches in the area. Kids were able to fish right out back, catching catfish, trout, snapper, and jacks. We saw manatees in the bay. Several ice cream spots within ten minute drive made it easy to find a treat each evening. The shopping centers nearby were convenient to pick up what we needed for our stay after flying to the area. The screen around the pool was awesome for keeping out all the mosquitos while we swam in the evenings.

Just a getaway

The house was very clean and well stocked with all your kitchen needs. There were beach towels and chairs so everything was readily available for going to the surrounding beaches. The bay gave us beautiful views and pretty wildlife and we really didn't want to leave. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay and close access to all the great beaches. The property manager was great to deal with,when we had questions and quick to answer. Just a great vacation here.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed for a month from mid January to mid February. It was my husband and me, and for one week, a few friends. The house is nice and was spotless when we arrived. The pool was great. The view was always nice, but spectacular at sunset. We saw dolphins once. The house is well equipped too. The owner was very responsive.

Excellent water front property for our family

We really enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunset from the pool was a highlight. The views are great and we saw lots of wild life, including a family of otters. I had good luck fishing behind the property. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The inside is larger than we expected. The property is located close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and not too far from the beaches. The host is very attentive and the communication was prompt. We will stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect to visit our family.it was nice to have all the accommodations of home while being away from home. No problems at all with the home. Kids loved the pool more than the beach. The bay view with a full moon is breathtaking!

Only thing wrong was our timing!

This is a beautiful house with an outstanding view of Sarasota Bay. The furnishings are comfortable and good looking and the all important comfortable beds are there. The owner is easy to deal with and responsive and also maybe one of the nicest I’ve rented from over the years. I know now why they have so very many great reviews. They definitely earned them. Unfortunately, we flew in right before Hurricane Milton. The owner was so good to us through the whole thing and we hope to go back someday and enjoy this home in good weather. If you’re looking to rent in the Sarasota area, you will love this house!

Best host ever, the hurricane started, water coming in the house, outside water to our hips and the host wife came and took us to another house. They were exceptional! Beautiful house!!! Will rent from them again!

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood!

Our family of 4 stayed the last week of April in shoulder season after spring break and before the mass of tourists. The place is very clean and comfortable. Had coffee every morning by the pool while watching fish jump in the intercoastal water way. Watched a beautiful sunset each night with a drink over the same water while kids played in the heated pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of siesta key village (about 15 minutes) but close enough to the beach to load up the supplied beach chairs and umbrella to head over any time. We made trips to St Aramands Circle / Lido Key Beach (22 mins) and Longboat Key (35 mins). Beds were comfortable and two large smart TVs in main areas as well as one in Master bedroom were great to end the day. Kids had their own room. Plenty of closets and modern washer/dryer was nice to go home with all clean cloths in the suitcase! Five minute drive to Sarasota Publix, Target, gas stations, restaurants. Enjoyed the stay.
