Designed for comfort and relaxation, this inviting space is ideal for your next getaway. Sip your morning coffee in the Florida room or on the front patio, stroll along scenic trails teeming with wildlife, or unwind by the sparkling community pool.

** THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is projected to reopen November 2025. **

Relax and soak in the Florida sunshine from the front patio, furnished with comfortable seating.

Unwind in the spacious living room featuring plush recliners, a three-seat sofa, and a TV with streaming and cable options - all offering a tranquil view of the lanai.

Enjoy meals and conversation at the six-seat dining table, perfectly placed in the open floor plan for seamless interaction between guests.

Master Bedroom: A serene retreat with a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, and sliding doors to the lanai.
Guest Bedroom: Warm and welcoming, featuring two twin beds and a window with views of the front of the condo.

★ Bathrooms:
Master Bath: Dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and toilet.
Guest Bath: A tub/shower combination, single sink, and toilet.

★ Laundry Room:
Stay refreshed with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Meadows Community:
The Meadows offers a peaceful, nature-inspired retreat with extensive trails for walking, biking, and bird watching.
Optional seasonal memberships to The Meadows Country Club provide access to an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, lap pool, dining, and social activities ( separate fees apply).

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

Important Information:
HOA Application: Required for rentals, submitted 30 days before arrival, with a $100 fee included in your booking (subject to change).
Community Rules: No pets, parties, or smoking allowed.
Overnight parking restrictions apply for pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.
Property Guidelines: Maintain AC at 70°F or above, heat at 77°F or below, and keep windows/doors closed when running HVAC.

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!

ハウスルール

During our high season (January through March), we only accept full-month bookings. Partial-month stays will not be accepted during this period.
Please note that pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles are not permitted to park on the property in accordance with HOA regulations.
Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the premises under any circumstances. This is a strict HOA rule, and violations will be reported back to us by the HOA.

A Most Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and found the condo very clean and well stocked. Minor problems were promptly addressed by the manager and handily solved with over the top service including a visit with the postal service to solve a mailbox problem. We loved it!
