Newly remodeled home is a five-minute drive (1.8 miles) to Siesta Key Beach, the #1 beach on the Gulf Coast. Nestled in quiet and safe Gulf Gate community, walkable to Publix grocery store and 15+ restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. Perfect neighborhood for foodies: Enjoy fresh seafood, Italian, French, Mexican, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Sushi, BBQ, Sarasota's #1 cheeseburger (Food + Beer), #1 dessert (Clarabell Cookies), vegan, as well as traditional homestyle cooking, Amish Market, and craft beer and cocktails. Also, plenty of locally owned shops and boutiques. Free and easy transportation (Frog Hop Shuttle) will pick you up or bring you home anywhere around Sarasota and Siesta Key.

Sleeps 11: 3 bedrooms/7 beds. The house offers all the necessary amenities like outdoor seating and fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryers, and Wi-Fi. Bed and bath linens provided. Beach towels, chairs, cooler provided. The 2 bathrooms are ready to accommodate everyone comfortably and conveniently. Kitchen equipped with Kuerig and French press, toaster, blender, microwave, range/oven, large fridge with water and ice dispenser.

Amazing place! Best location and great communication!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, warm, and comfortable home! Quick communication. The beds were so comfortable that I am sad I didn’t look to see the brand before we left. So close to many great restaurants and bars and the most important to Siesta Key Beach. We will definitely be back for another stay at this home away from home!
