The facility was incredibly nice, luxurious in its furnishings, and spotlessly clean. The owner was immediately available and responsive when contacted. The amenities are next level with a great swimming pool and exercise facility. It was a wonderful experience all the way around.

Winter Getaway

Condo comfortable and well equipped. The gym and pool are very nice. Liked that it is a gated community with security features such as key fob to access elevators and stairwells. You need a car to access beaches and downtown.

Condo away from home

We had excellent communication with the host and found our accommodations exactly as advertised. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! We will be back next year.

First time in Sarasota

Excellent pool, whirlpool and gym. Unfortunately, the weather was quite chilly. Five minutes to downtown Sarasota. Super convenient.

Excellent stay, great location

Condo is just right for a couple, may be a bit tight for any more than 2. Location is great and we walked to downtown every day - only a bit more than a mile- easy. We also did larger walks to Lido across the bridge, which is a hike but if you in shape and like to walk it’s a great. Amenities are also very nice, pool is big enough for laps and jacuzzi is nice. Very clean overall. It was tough finding a place with king size bed too, so that was a plus for us both being so tall.Had some sticky situation with the front door lock, but the owner came right away. After a long flight, it was nice to have a quick response like that.

Relaxation at its best

My wife and I had so much fun at this rental. The rental was very clean and quiet. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Would highly recommend staying here.

Well appointed condo in Sarasota

Comfortable condo in great location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, short drive to Lido beach and nice walk to town. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Relaxing Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sarasota Condo. New property and excellent unit. Communication was prompt and friendly. A little far to walk to downtown for us, but it was a good location. Nice pool (heated) and spa, also a good workout room.

Excellent property, responsive manager

Our stay at the Strand was perfect. The unit was scrupulously clean upon arrival, with everything we needed to make ourselves at home and have a comfortable stay. The unit actually feels more spacious than it looks online. The owner provided thoughtful touches like some starter coffee and laundry pods so we didn’t need to run immediately to the (very convenient) Publix down the street, and even a couple little seasonal touches (we were there at holiday time) to add a little sparkle. Most importantly, the few minor issues we found upon arrival were resolved immediately and pleasantly. The Strand is quiet and really convenient to everything in Sarasota. In addition, the fitness center was clean and well equipped and if you have an EV there are four chargers that we found to be typically vacant during the day. We would definitely stay with Christine again!

Perfection

A sigh of relief when we opened the front door. New, clean, felt like home. Location just minutes away from ST. Armand’s circle and beaches. All the amenities we would need for a family! Thank you for sharing your space with us. Would absolutely love to be back next year! Merci 🙂 Amanda and family

Great Stay, Highly Recommend

The property was nice. The room is a great location near the elevator and trash chute. Internet and power were always working and hot water was good. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. There are still repairs and work being done pretty early in the morning. The cleaning company did not do a great job, but the property manager made it right.

Sweet Get-A-Way

This was above my expectations! The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I was very comfortable and felt safe. Sometimes you do not get those feelings when you are alone. I am hoping to return in the coming months.

Our hosts were great and sorted out a couple of issues we had very quickly and satisfactorily. The condo is in a great location , very well equipped and close to all amenities. It has a nice pool area and convenient gym. Would highly recommend Paul and Carole
