  • Extremely private resort like Pool and one of the best locations of Sarasota! Great waterfront neighborhood boasting some of Sarasota’s most beautiful, historic homes and modern masterpieces. It’s walk ability adds to its appeal. Indian beach park (1 block away) both picturesque and convenient for canoe and kayak launching, and an ideal spot to watch mesmerizing sunsets.

    There are three bedrooms, two full baths, but one bedroom in the very back overlooking the pool must be accessed by going through another bedroom first. This should work for most, but might not for all circumstances. There are two king beds and one queen.

The house was very lovely. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was nice. It is very close to downtown Saratoga. We found it very easy to navigate around Sarasota and get to several locations easily. The pool is wonderful. The landscape of the yard gives it a very tropical feeling and it was nice to relax for an early morning or late afternoon dips.We walked around the neighborhood quite a bit. If you like nature, you will see many different species of birds and lizards. It was fun seeing all the fruit trees in many yards. It was very pleasant and quite an assortment of homes. Indian Beach on Bay Shore is closed due to a hurricane and is fenced off, so that was disappointing. The Ringling Museum is not very far from the home and you can see a mansion that was once owned by John Ringling. There is a CVS and Walmart within walking distance. We enjoyed the Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Detwiler's Market is hands down the best supermarket to go too, I would recommend going there is you want to cook some meals at home. The house is a stone's throw away from the airport as well. The house is located very close to US41 Tamiami Trail and therefore offers easy access to many locations around Sarasota and to many lovely beaches. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very nice (It is a little sparse on plates and glassware but we just ran the dishwasher everyday. There were 5 of us staying there for 10 days). The host is very responsive.
