The waterfront location facing Anna Maria Sound means that you'll be able to relax in a peaceful location near Grassy Point. You'll also be able to look out on the shared pool from your own private screened-in porch! Inside, you'll be able to cook in comfort in the unique full kitchen designed with a breakfast bar. Board games are provided for those mellow after-dinner hours. When it's time to head to bed, a TV and ceiling fan in each bedroom will help everyone settle in.

Walk to Skinny's for a burger or catch the All-You-Can-Eat pancakes at Manatee Beach Cafe. Get a taste of international cuisine at The Island Spice or Old Hamburg Schnitzelhaus. All within a short walk. If Seafood is what you're after, try Tide's Tables for the freshest grouper sandwich just over the Cortez Bridge, or catch live music and fresh seafood at Blue Marlin.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
This property has a 7-night stay requirement.
This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
