Wonderful Stay!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. The condo was located beachfront and was very clean and well decorated, exactly as advertised. The beach was easy to access and a nice pool was also available. The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and other items needed to enjoy the beach. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen that had newer appliances and all cooking utensils needed. The bed was very comfortable and the nice bathrooms had everything needed.The condo is conveniently located to all of the delicious restaurants on the island. We highly recommend this condo to others and will definitely be returning for a future visit.

Forgot to give us unit door code so needed to call from hall.

We were excited to spend a cold January week in the heated pool that was listed however after arrival founfbthat the pool had been empty for several months and the Gulf was tooncoldbtonswim in.

Updated tv needed. All else perfect.

The condo was lovely. Clean and decorated beautifully. An updated larger tv would have made it perfect. It rained and was cold all week so yes we did need a tv at the beach. Batteries in remotes need to be replaced.

Beautiful Condo

A great location, 2 coded locked doors to enter. The condo was lovely just as described. Had to carry a note with codes for locks all week to avoid being locked out. Pool was not working in November as promised. Vacasa gave no credit. Patio was still dirty from hurricane debris. Smoke alarm started chirping at 1AM. We removed the battery at 9 and called maintenance. After 24 hours and no visit we went and purchased a new battery. We were reimbursed.

Best location !!

If you want to stay away from the horrible traffic and have a more chilled vacation, this is your place. We loved the private beach and the ability to fish from the shore. Best location in AMI!

Great spot with limited crowds!

The accommodations were excellent and met our every expectation. The location and semi-private beach access limited the number of umbrellas and beach goers each day....which was great. Easy access to the north or south end of the island. Overall, a great spot we will return to in the future!!!

Enjoyable beach week

Overall, very nice! The unit was renovated recently and furnished very nicely. The balcony was a great place to enjoy an outdoor meal. The island, being the only indoor place to eat, was a little awkward but certainly not a deal breaker. We beach access was simply great!

great location

Great condo with excellent access to the beach. The mattress does need to be replaced -divots on both sides, worn out. Lots of storage, hangers and towels. Very soft sheets. It would be nice to have beach chairs and some sort of cooler. We did appreciate the ice packs in the freezer. We would rent again if the mattress is replaced.

Loved! Great location. Private. Exceptionally clean. Kitchen nicely stocked.

Highly recommend! Only one thing that I would change is the foliage has grown up so impeeds your view of beach. Otherwise, would not change a thing! Hope to return!

Holmes Beach Oceanfront Condo

Very clean, nicely appointed, trolley stop at the property, beautiful pool with beach supplies to borrow (noodles, beach umbrellas, sand chairs), beach chaises, gorgeous uncrowded beachfront. Manatees swimming by throughout the week were a highlight. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning, table and high top chairs provided and a chaise lounger. Condo just as pictured. All amenities you need!! We will be back! Loved it!!

Better than the photos

We loved our stay in this unit. The view from the balcony is much better in person! We could see dolphins swim by in the mornings. Just a few steps down the hall and down one flight of stairs and you are at the pool. A few more steps and you are in the sand! It made it so easy with small children. Everything was clean and the unit was well equipped in the kitchen. We had a hiccup with the check in process but it was handled and the rest of the stay was perfection. Holmes beach is a great location. We felt like we were in the middle of it all. We all want to come back. We would even rent this same unit!

Amazing condo!!!

This condo was so clean and beautiful, located directly on beach. We loved our stay and wood definitely book again. It was one of the most relaxing non crowded condos we have ever stayed in. The only negative thing was having to take keys back to main office across town to check out. But that was no big deal! Thanks for the most awesome memories!!
