The property manager was helpful. the host is a company.the place was dirty and the bed fitted sheets & pillow cases all need replacement - disgustingly stained. we were appalled upon leaving the place.price should include heated pool. this should not cost extra, nor should a customer be required to manage this ammenity.

Amazing

We had a great Stay here The house is perfect very clean exactly as it’s stated. Everything you could need in the kitchen All the rooms were spotless. Pool was perfect The boat dock was great for our boat nice and easy for docking and getting out to the inland water way. The house is in the perfect location for Anna Maria and Bradenton. Keep and eye out for Eddie the egret he will visit in the morning and evening for his daily fix of crab he lets you feed him Overall the house is perfect in many ways We will definitely be back next year Oh and the beds are so comfortable

Family Spring Break

My adult children, husband and I had a great stay at your place. We have stayed in this area before but enjoyed your house much more. So close to Anna Maria and all our favorite restaurants. We loved the pool and water view when we were not at the beach.Thank you,Carey

Comfortable and convenient FL escape!

This property was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The best part was the super convenient location, with all that Anna Maria Island has to offer just a very short drive away. A few minor things looked like they were in slight disrepair (screen porch door, outdoor furniture, garage door) but the interior was otherwise pretty immaculate. We had a little miscommunication with the property manager regarding checkout, but resolved it pretty quickly and did not impact our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the area without actually being on the island.

Great beach house

This house was well stocked with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well considering how hot it was outside.

5 stars! Would stay here again!

We checked in on a Wednesday and sadly my teenager woke up Thursday morning with a cold. The last thing that you want to happen the first full day of vacation. But, the way the house was laid out she could rest comfortably while we still were able to make the most of it, until the rest of us got her cold… then we were thankful for comfortable beds and easy to use televisions. We made the most of our trip and have great memories. The amazing woman across the canal, Chasten Whitfield, (a professional fisherwoman) came over to help our 8 yr old set up her fishing pole. She caught some catfish right in the canal and thanks to Chasten we knew not to touch them! We had minor things come up, a drain was clogged, sliding screen door fall off the track, and two outlets were not working. The property manager was so quick and helpful. We truly appreciated her help! Overall we made the best of a bad situation and even though it was not the vacation we hoped for, the pool was amazing while we were able to use it, the bedrooms were comfy and the house was clean and well stocked. We had a few requests that they graciously helped us out with and we look forward to staying here again when we are all healthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROPERTY!!

Amazing family trip

Amazing vacation. House was awesome. Fully stocked with all amenities. Great location. Pool was warm and beautiful. Owners communicated quickly regarding AC issue. Owners were Very considerate. They dropped off 2 bottles of wine to make up for any AC inconvenience. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect for familes

This was a great little house for our family. There was plenty of room. My kids loved the pool outside. The neighborhood was nice and was also quite. Great stay!

Enjoyable stay

Property was very nice. A few issues. The toaster was broken and the water filter in the refrigerator was outdated. After contacting our property contact person the issues were taken care of within 24 hr. Very good service. The pool was very nice also!

Great stay!

Very nice stay in a nice, quiet home at a channel in Cortez. We had a great time for 7 days in Dec / Jan. Great time to spend your vacaction. The team was very responsive even when something was missing (thank you so much, Ruth!).

The pool is the star ⭐️

We had a relaxing extended weekend stay with our teens while playing in the IMG tournament. Very clean home and in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the home worked perfectly for us & the beautiful pool area was used as often as possible!

Girls trip

There were several of us. We had issues with the plumbing but someone came out. We would love to rent the property again but we notice they doubled the price to stay. The house is nice but it's not worth double the price

Great updated house near AMI!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the newly updated property near AMI! My husband, 2 teens, and mother had plenty of room to spread out. We stayed in another property in this neighborhood a few years ago; the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking/running. My husband and son caught many fish off the dock, and we loved the pool! My teen son was happy to find that it had a basketball goal. The kitchen and house were well stocked, even including beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach towels, etc. It was easy to get in touch with the property manager when we had a few quick questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Nice place with a couple issues

Rental process was easy and smooth. Home is nice with a great pool area, although it is very clear that this is purely a rental property for the owners. The furniture throughout is fairly uncomfortable, including the pool furniture, which consists of some plastic lounge chairs and a very small and upright seating area - no way to lie down and relax. The mattress in the master bedroom is shot and sags badly towards the middle. We were charged to heat the pool, but the property manager refused to heat the pool above 85 degrees (90 is pretty standard for this time of year), so even after being charged the pool was really too cold to use (the weather was cloudy and windy, so not ideal conditions). The kitchen is very nice and well stocked and the property was immaculately clean.
