Completely remodeled 2/1 home located in a great neighborhood close to everything.
Downtown Venice 1 mile away. Venice Beach 2 miles away. Nokomis Beach 4 miles away. 2 parks are within walking distance from home. The bigger park has Pickleball, tennis, and baseball fields. The kids park is one block away from home with swings, small baseball field and basketball court. Brohard dog beach park is 10 minute drive from home. Siesta Key is 20 minute drive. Publix and multiple dinning options within a few miles of the house. The house sits on a quarter acre lot with city water and sewer.

This was our second time staying here. The house is kept immaculate. Large back yard for our dog. Neighbors are friendly. Everything is kitchen was in perfect working order. Laundry is fantastic to have and worked perfectly. It is close to all the places we enjoy going to. Our first stay was for one month...our second was for 6 weeks...that should say it all. Will be going back.

Great place will stay again

This was a nice house in a nice area. Very close to beaches and park. It was very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again. Owner was very nice and accommodating and communicated with us frequently. We Vrbo Alot and I would say this place has been the best.

Lovely home with new furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Easy to get everywhere. Very clean! I definitely recommend!

Great vacation home

We stayed at this home for a month. Well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and well maintained !! Dog loved the fenced yard !! Nick was always available if a question came up. Hope to stay again.

Great place to stay. No need to goto the beach ( unless you swim or like to go shelling) as the backyard has plenty of sun. The neighbors are friendly and never around so don’t worry about laying in the sun. It’s also just 2 miles to downtown Venice and all the shops. We will definitely stay again if the time is right. Give Nick a chance as he always answered our questions within a couple hours.

Great location of home. Able to walk, and bike in neighborhood. Drove to local beaches. Property was comfortable and very clean. Host were very responsive to requests and questions. Hope to stay again. Enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable, well supplied, clean home. Both beds comfortable and a sofa bed that was not listed is available. Quiet street was great for walking the dog where we met lots of friendly people and several other neighborhood dogs. He loved the mostly fenced back yard as well. Lounge chairs were available for sunning or relaxation on the patio that included a gas grill that we used several times. It was perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Washer and dryer came in handy for our stay of almost a month. The Venice are is our favorite with lists of restaurants and beaches very nearby. The only downside was the single bathroom which turned out not to be nearly as difficult as expected. Owners were very quick to respond to questions and other communication. We can recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Peaceful Setting

The condition of this house exceeded our expectations based on the description. The entire interior of this house has very recently been replaced from floors to ceiling including recessed lighting, interior doors, appliances and cabinets. Updated bathroom and large and fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of cookware, utensils, condiments and cleaning supplies. All of the furniture appears to be relatively new and the beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was quite cool, windy and overcast during our stay which kept us indoors more than normal, however, the comfortable furniture, high speed Internet, cable TV and large screen allowed us to catch up on some of our streaming until the weather improved. The backyard is spacious and mostly fenced in. There is a comfortable covered patio with dining table , chairs and grill. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking due to low traffic. The neighborhood is an older historic settlement that is in transition as many houses have been updated. The advantage is that the lots are spacious with lots of mature trees and very close to downtown Venice, beaches, shopping centers and restaurants. We look forward to a return visit.
