Beautiful late 70's home with primary bedroom suite and bath, and guest bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Large fenced yard invites you outdoors from enclosed lanai. Adorable combined kitchen and dining room are perfect for gatherings around meals. Bright comfortable living room with contemporary furniture and lighting. Washer and dryer included. Both master suite and guest bedroom have queen beds and the sofa has a queen sized pull out bed.

Indian Beach-Sapphire Shores is a much sought after neighborhood with quiet streets and pretty homes. Here you are walking distance from the Ringling Museum, SRQ airport, Jungle Gardens and two waterfront parks. This location has you minutes from downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle. Siesta Key Beach, long recognized as the best beach in the country, is less than 30 minutes south by car.

Spring Break 2024

I travel to the area once a year at least to visit family and friends. This property was the perfect location for my needs. Karen the property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and I could not be more appreciative for her communication and willingness to do so! The house was clean and supplied everything I needed for our stay. Thanks again Karen for a truly incredible week!

Quiet and Conveniently Located

If you are looking for a lovely, established neighborhood setting with a great location, look no further! House is very comfortable and within walking distance to groceries, RIngling Museum, bayside park, attractions, and Tamiami which has everything! Property manager is kind easy to reach and accommodating!

A Very delightful stay

A property that needed some cosmetic improvements but the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable the HVAC worked fine, the neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors friendly and it was reasonably close to stores and attractions like the Ringling Museum, downtown Sarasota, medical facilities, and the Selby Gardens.

Best visit to Sarasota

This was by far the best VRBO rental we've had over many years. The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, well-designed, and wonderfully situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota (quiet, but near the Bay, Ringling, and routes to the beaches. The neighbors were friendly, the backyard unusually large with delightful landscaping and the screened patio comfortable and large. The attached garage was a splendid addition. Karen, the property manager, was very accessible and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent experience

From start to finish, Erin and her property management team were welcoming, attentive and always accessible if needed. The home was modern retro, clean and bright. Kitchen was well stocked with tools for the foodie in me. Stores and specialty shops were convent to reach or have deilveries from. If you enjoy a bit of saltwater fishing, there are multiple public piers available to enjoy. Bait and tackle shops are convenient t the piers. There are beautiful sunsets to be had just a short walk from the home. I was comfortable in Erin’s property from the moment I arrived! The surrounding neighborhood is updated and fresh. This was a great experience and this home will be on my “revisit list” for certain. Looking forward to it! Ash

Perfect location, lovely neighborhood, comfortable home

Check-in and communication was easy. We needed a pet-friendly property as we were traveling with out little poodle, but there was a noticeable animal odor upon entry (our dog doesn't shed and is odorless, so maybe we're overly sensitive to the odor, but it's the risk of accommodating pets). Between buying some air fresheners and becoming "nose blind" after being inside a while, it wasn't a problem. The property has not been updated much from its 60s/70s days, but it's in good repair, everything is in good order and provided good value; we did not need a luxury property. The layout/floorplan is perfect. Kitchen had more than everything we needed (esp my favorite tools - kitchen scissors and meat thermometer!). FireTV offered what we needed and the owner has a YouTubeTV sub, so lots of live tv options, too. Just one tv, but that was not a problem for us. Washer and dryer in garage worked just fine. LOVED the tiny crescents from the ice maker! Minor issue with A/C. We let the manager know, but we ended up being able to fix it ourselves even though they were ready to call for repair. We especially appreciated the garage. Sarasota is HOT in the summer and the sun is intense. Parking inside is a huge perk and also makes entry to the home easy. Large fenced back yard and a back patio, but it was too hot to spend any time outside. The table on the porch is probably really nice for dinner or drinks when the whether is better. The neighborhood is the real star, though. Friendly neighbors, quiet street to walk the dog, safe and interesting running route, super fast access to downtown and literally 5 minute drive to the airport. We don't really care much for beach stuff, so no clue how easy the access to the bay is once you walk to the very nearby overlook. If we're back in the Sarasota area, we would definitely book again.

Home away from home

Quiet, clean neighborhood. Spacious 2 bedroom house. Lovely, large fenced in garden. (Dog loved It). Would recommend to anyone. Had a couple of problems. Problems were professionally corrected that day. Both owner and property manager wanted our stay to be as comfortable as if we were home.

Nice house, great location!

Everything you could need was there. Stocked kitchen, ample linens and towels. Close to everything, yet quiet. Loved the fact that there was a garage! Captain Bryan’s is 1 mile north for fresh fish!

Indian Beach Rental

It was a great neighborhood--could walk to Ringling and to the Bayfront park . Nice lanai and fenced back yard. Really liked having an attached garage with clothes line in it to hang towels etc.. Property manager easy and prompt to work with.

Our stay

We had a great time. We done some exploring & went to the beach everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would return again. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions.
