You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You can walk to the downtown Sarasota with all the events and fun places. 10-15 minutes drive from the beach. Huge park across the street. 18 miles Legacy Trail right in the back of the house for biking, hiking and active life. Heated Pool and hot tub. Spacious, peaceful, family friendly. Publix Grocery store is walking distance. 2 car garage and plenty of guest parking. Very nice neighborhood and people.
