This is a new hotel with great views of the Ionian Sea, nice clean rooms, excellent staff and a decent breakfast in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The sea views are spectacular and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Wish we would have eaten dinner in the restaurant. The traditional food looked and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel for two days. Loved everything about the hotel. Amazing room with a great view. The best hospitality- amazing and welcoming staff. Guests are actually treated with so much affection. We were touched. Can’t wait to be back there again. Lovely view from the room and amazing breakfast with wide variety and great quality. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

What a fantastic hotel, with stunning sea views and a short walk down to the beach. We drove from Tirana and it was worth the drive! Fantastic and friendly staff. For a young family we throughly enjoyed it!! Great to visit all year round.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Litan! Very new, modern, excellent construction and finishes in the rooms and common areas. I found our room to be quite comfortable and with such a gorgeous view of the sea, with a generous-sized balcony and nice outdoor furniture. The air conditioning was excellent - kept our room so cool on very hot days. The restaurant is beautiful with a good breakfast. The owner is lovely - friendly, helpful and kind. There is large, convenient and easy to access parking right across the road, which is a definite plus compared to the parking situations at many hotels we experienced in Albania. I would note that it is a long, steep climb back up the hill (via road or stairs) back up to the hotel after a day at the beach or night out at the restaurants, but it's a pleasant walk down and you can always take a cab back up. I would definitely return to the Litan!

Here's the rewritten version: --- Really lovely property overall. We had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice touch and made the stay feel special. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. A couple of things did let it down slightly. The AC was out for two nights, which made sleeping pretty uncomfortable given how hot the room got. Opening the balcony door wasn't much of a solution either with dogs barking and noise outside. There was also a day where the lift, electricity and water all had issues at the same time, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. The halal options were quite limited, so worth keeping in mind if that is important to you. That said, those issues aside, it still felt like a solid 4 star experience and good value for money. Would consider returning but hopefully with a bit more consistency on the maintenance side.
