Nice hotel with great seaview (nice sunset from the balconies) Staff are super friendly and helpful. If one thing to improve is the breakfast (limited option and a bit bland)

We had the best stay at Jako hotel! The service was top notch, special thanks to Odisi and Ida (forgive me if the spellings are wrong). Because it was low season, we got free early check-in and late check-out, which we really needed. And they were always very accommodating and friendly. There is a halal restaurant one minute away which we went thrice. The bus from Saranda to Ksamil passes by the hotel so you can ask the driver to drop off at the hotel, but the bus from Ksamil to Saranda town takes a different route which stops a bit further, so we would normally take a taxi to go to the town centre. Overall, everything was excellent and we truly had a relaxing stay. Definitely will repeat the stay if we ever come back to Saranda.

Great stay - The rooms look exactly like the pictures and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. Would come back!

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and noticed that by Monday morning after the manager had introduced himself, everything was uphill from there. Very clean room although bathroom definitely needs a shelf and frosted glass in the shower instead of blinds. Staff particularly the manager were hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was well presented and lots of choices. Parking was free and usually easy to maneuver. Pool area only needed attention the day we arrived and unfortunately no chairs available after a couple of very warm days. Manager was always ready to offer take away coffee or bottled water and stopped to check in with us on our stay. Convenient to good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was extremely nice. Everything was new and very comfortable. The manager Odisea was wonderful. He even helped me make a ferry reservation. Earlier in my trip I stayed in a five star hotel in Sarande, and it was not as nice as the Jako Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Jako Premium Hotel! The hotel is lovely, has stunning views, and is very clean and modern. The bonus was the warm hospitality of the host Odyssey who made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend!

Me and my fiancé stayed at Jako Premium for 5 nights in july. We booked a "triple room bubble pool" and we loved it! We got engaged a few days before our visit and I had my birthday while staying here and the staff helped my fiancé arrange for some decor in our room before our arrival. Everything was 10/10 with our stay here - our room, the hotel and the staff. I do not know if this was mentioned in the information about the room but we had a big balcony that we really enjoyed. We had everything we wanted close to the hotel. I have travelled alot and this is definitely one of my best hotel experiences overall. Would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Saranda :).

Hotel moderno é com um serviço acolhedor

O hotel é novo, com uma infraestrutura sensacional (quarto amplo com banheira, vista para o mar, piscina, Jacuzzi e estacionamento) oferecendo conforto total para o hóspede. Mas o que mais nos encantou foi o atendimento do gerente Odise e suas duas recepcionistas (Ida e Enxhi) que em todos os momentos demonstraram uma preocupação genuína com o nosso conforto e bem estar.

We had a great stay at Jako Hotel in Sarandë. The hotel is modern and well equipped, with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent soundproofing. The beds were fairly comfortable, and we loved the beautiful sea view from our balcony. Parking is included, which is very convenient. The staff were kind, helpful, and flexible — even allowing a late check-in without any problem. The wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) was spotless and a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good and adequate, though a bit more variety would make it perfect. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay — good value for money.

I stayed here last week and honestly, everything was perfect. The hotel is brand new, and you can feel it in every detail — modern, fresh, and very well maintained. The facilities really stand out: a sauna, jacuzzi, and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool with stunning views over Corfu. Even the rooms have a direct sea view toward Corfu, which makes waking up there something special. Breakfast was excellent as well — everything fresh, with a great selection to start the day. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager speaks excellent English, which made everything easier. I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, and with all the amenities this place offers, it truly felt like a FIVE-STAR HOTEL!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay — and I already find myself missing it.

We had a wonderful stay in Albania! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially manager Odise, who kindly upgraded us when we mentioned it was our anniversary — such a lovely and thoughtful gesture! ❤️ Even the cleaning ladies were so helpful and recommended a great hairdresser. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning too. 🌅 Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary so special. We would definitely stay again!
