「This place is perfect! Kids love the water slides and splash pads. Easy to enjoy Sarajevo from here. Staff was great. 」

「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. They had a hard time finding an extra blanket and towels for me due to the late time. 「El hotel si vas con automóvil queda en buena ubicación para ir al centro como 40 mins sin trafico puede ser menos. De parking son como 2 € la hora en el centro. La habitación que tuvimos es algo pequeña pero confortable para una o dos noches. 「The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general 」
