「とても満足できました。しかしそこらじゅうでタバコ吸ってる人がいるので食事に苦労すること、滞在中ホテルのフロントにパスポートを没収されること（要求したら返してもらえたけどお金取られた）といった、ボスニアの習慣に注意が必要です」

「戦禍から復興した街で、大きなホテルが少ないため、新しいこのホテルは安心できる。 設備・施設は良いが、サービスは普通。」

「The place is nice and clean; however the communication was little hard. We were trying to contact them few times but slow respond glad it all worked out at the end and we were able to get the access code to get in. 」

「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. They had a hard time finding an extra blanket and towels for me due to the late time. Their free shuttle could not find us because their reply was not early enough, so we ended up having to get ourselves a...

「I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly.」
