駅チカでイオンも歩いて3分ほどの場所にあり、レストラン街やちょっと良い寿司屋も近くて利便性はとても良かったです。
一応調理器具もありますが、フライパンはくっつきやすいのと、お皿も大きめのが3枚ほどしかないので何品も料理される場合は皿を持参するか紙皿等を近くのスーパーで買うのがいいと思います。
