Place was spotless and neatly organized for our arrival. We booked the large theater room and the sheer size of the room is definitely amazing especially for japanโ€™s standards. They provided utensils, towels, soap, and more and the laundry machine was a 2-in-1 wash/dry which was very convenient. Overall great stay!

I love how the property was very spacious and close to the Nakajima Park. The walk to the train station was close by and super convenient. There was a bus that you could take in the mornings that takes you directly to the airport if you have a morning flight. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group. Only downfall is that they have no reception, but we didnโ€™t need one.

We stayed on the theater room and there was so much room with all the apartment amenities such as a stove, fridge, and a dining space and a living room. The location is very close to the station and Nakajima park which is such a beautiful place. The only downside is that there is no way to dry laundry. There is a laundry machine which cleans the clothes but there dryer function doesn't work. We asked and they said they didn't have a dryer. The bathroom is a little dated and smells a little moldy, but it's functional. This place is great for multiple families wanting to stay together

The accommodation was very comfortable with a full range of appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and amenities like slippers and toothbrushes provided. However, despite staying for several days, only one set of towels was supplied. When I inquired about this, I was advised to wash and reuse the towels in the washing machine, but they did not dry quickly. It would be ideal if the number of towels provided matched the length of the stay.

Honestly good property for staying. At the making reservation, they should inform the process of checking in which is required for taking photos of themselves after entering room. The note inside room explains the process how to check out has wrong information. It makes guests be confused.

Sometimes the light of entrance was off , so it will be a little bit difficult for finding the entrance. The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . I followed the instruction from the site. One of the best place for the staying around here.

The apartment was nice and big, however the bathroom had black mold in it and the window didnโ€™t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. My daughter did wet the bed, which they replaced but then charged me ยฅ2,000 because they donโ€™t usually replace the linens. So I would not recommend this place.
