「Outside HOA needs work - steps/rail, platform in front of door needs to be larger to left of door. It would help to just take screen door off - creating more space These are safety/liability issues that did not detract from the property itself.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this mountain home. It's a beautiful home and extremely well stocked with supplies. The yard is very spacious and the trail down to the river is great hike for all family members. Our dog especially enjoyed it. You could not ask for a better host than Todd. We had just a couple questions for him and his responses were instantaneous and helpful. 」

「Our trip to Lake Toxaway Falls was very enjoyable. We have been traveling for over 30 years and think the location and view from this condo is among the best we have seen in all our travels. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. There is a beautiful view of the falls from the deck! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living area. We have Verizon phone service, which was spotty in the mountains, but...
