「We had a memorable stay of two nights at the Quinta de S. Bernardo in Douro Valley. This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. 「Poor value for money There are way better places in Douro Valley at a lower price point. Even after being open more than a year it feels like it still has teething problems. Staff is not trained properly. Very slow service; music playing outside our room from the pool at night; sloppy turndown service (they left the ironing board in the room despite promising to take it away); they put our bags in the wrong room; cigarette burns in the patio furniture; one analogue key instead of digital...
