Hotel pé na areia, mas com falta de toalhas, café da manhã bom que não começava no horário programado e não vieram limpar o quarto nenhuma vez nas duas noites que fiquei lá. Poucas cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras na praia que colocavam depois do horário programado.

Acomodações simples, vista agradável. Falha no serviço, demora para a entrega de toalhas de banho, mesmo tendo sido solicitada por 3 vezes. Também foi solicitado limpeza do frigobar, mas permaneceu sujo durante toda a estadia. Alguns membros da equipe são pouco cordiais (ou despreparados) e pareciam estar fazendo um favor mediante qualquer solicitação. Tenha paciência com o estacionamento, pois não há sinalização de vagas e muitos hóspedes usam o espaço de dois carros.

Quarto precisando passar por manutenção.

O quarto em que fiquei hospedado tinha alguns problemas que foram informados para a recepção e não foram arrumados. Problemas tinha secador de cabelo no banheiro mas não tinha tomada para ligar, a tampa da válvula de descarga estava solta quase caindo, uma das tomadas do quarto não funciona, as tampas das tomadas estavam soltas, durante o dia faziam reforma nos quartos ao lado com furadeira e maquita com muito barulho.praia muito bonita mas cheia de borrachudo.

Esse hotel está em reforma, ficando cada vez mais lindo e moderno. Tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, pé na areia, bar e restaurante muito bom, o atendimento é rápido e alguns dias tambem tem música ao vivo pra animar. O gerente e recepcionistas são fora da curva, extremamente atenciosos e dedicados a tornarem nossa estadia perfeita!! Volto e recomendo para todos!

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários, que foram muito atenciosos e educados, o local dispõe de piscina não aquecida, bar de frente para o mar, tudo muito bem arrumado, um café da manhã bem diversificado limpo e organizado. Ao chegar no hotel fomos extremamente bem recebidos e o colaborador de plantão já estava avisado que chegaríamos mais tarde e precisaríamos de suporte, pois estávamos com um Jetski. Foi muito bem receptivo e ofereceu todo apoio necessário. Durante a estadia era perceptível que a equipe está sincronizada e bem treinada para oferecer a melhor experiência possível. Levamos um Jetski para curtir os dias e o hotel cedeu gentilmente uma área para adoçar o equipamento após o uso. Parabéns equipe Summit Beach Hotel

Hotel bem localizado e uma boa área verde, tem um charme rústico. Equipe no geral muito prestativa e simpática, porém tive problemas com restaurante com pedidos demorados, esquecidos e errados.
