Uma decepção quanto ao café da manhã , na manhã do dia 21/04 descemos para tomar café e nos deparamos com o queijo, exposto para os hóspedes , totalmente azedo . Chamei o colaborador de lado e informei ele se podia avaliar, em resposta rápida me informou que o queijo estava bom e que era fresco. Não ligando para a informação. Porém o gosto de azedo não partiu somente do meu paladar , outros hóspedes comentaram o mesmo sabor. Acredito que isso não é prática do Hotel Nacional Inn, pois fico em muitas outras unidades espalhadas no Brasil inteiro, porém esta unidade de SP me deixou decepcionado com a tratativa do assunto.

Sempre fico nesse hotel! Posso dizer que a localização para sair à noite (usando carros de aplicativos) é excelente por ser central! Mas área bem perigosa! Oq salva e é SEMPRE espetacular é o atendimento do pessoal do check in q é sempre cordial! Mas quartos antigos e até sujo é meio rotineiro. Nessa última até papel higiênico e sabonete do hospede anterior tinha no banheiro. Precisa MUITO de uma limpeza profunda!

Fui a São Paulo para conhecer o centro histórico, como o Mercadão, Brás e a 25 de Março. Escolhi o Nacional Inn, mas não sabia que se tratava de uma unidade 'Express', o que me decepcionou um pouco de início. No entanto, o hotel cumpre o que promete dentro das suas possibilidades. O atendimento é excelente, com funcionários atenciosos, quartos limpos e um café da manhã muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso, mas peca na falta de tomadas perto da cama e da escrivaninha. Além disso, o Wi-fi é básico e o sinal é fraco dentro do quarto. A TV a cabo também deixa a desejar por usar um sistema antigo com poucos canais (fica a dica de levar um TV Box). É uma opção justa para quem foca em localização e bom atendimento.
