Condições da suíte mais antigas, mas em bom estado de conservação. Atualmente sem serviço de quarto disponível o que a meu ver ficou devendo. Infelizmente pode ter sido pontual, mas ficou um dia sem limpeza do quarto.

Otima Localização e ambiente agradavel

Estadia foi ótima , equipe super atenciosa.. todos muito prestativos( recepção, manobristas, etc.. ) , excelente localização , somente o quarto que fiquei tinha moveis mais antigos e cama nao era tao boa... mesmo assim pretendo me hospedar novamente!

Está foi a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e fiquei decepcionada. O chuveiro não funcionou e estava com o cano furado. O café da manhã que estava incluso na reserva não existiu. A recepção me encaminhou à lanchonete ao lado e eu deveria arcar com os custos da refeição

Funcionários gentis e solícitos

O Hotel é bonito, limpo, edifício imponente, na melhor localização dos jardins. A poucos passos do Shopping Pamplona onde há um Carrefour. Apesar das áreas comuns estarem conservadas e o elevador zero bala, o quanto que fiquei é muito antigo. Qdo reformarem os quartos vai ficar 10. O atendimento é excelente. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Deixaram eu entrar antes do horário do check in e sair um pouco depois tbm. Ainda guardaram minha mala por um tempo, sem custo, já que meu voo era só no final do dia. Pra quem não se importa com a decoração antiga do quarto acho que vale a pena sim.

Durante o check-in, fomos surpreendidos com a informação que o restaurante estaria interditado por prazo indefinido, ou seja, ficamos sem o cafe da manha que estava previsto estar incluso na diária. O hotel arbitrou R$ 20,00/dia por hospede e devolveu esse valor no check-out. Ocorre que se eu tivesse sido avisado antes, poderia ter escolhido melhor outros hoteis que possuíam tarifas semelhantes com cafe da manhã incluído

NÃO SE HOSPEDEM, PISCINA INTERDITADA

A hospedagem foi realizada para comemoração de 10 anos de casados, e por ter piscina no hotel, porém, depois de realizar o pagamento, foi informado que a piscina estava INTERDITADA para reformas, e não quiseram estornar o pagamento, dar um desconto ou até mesmo algum agrado para contornar o problema. Gostaria de saber como irá ficar a minha situação, pois um momento que era pra ser maravilhoso acabo sendo horrível e triste. Aguardo um retorno referente a este problema.

Localização boa e nada mais. Quartos velhos e sujos. Pedi paga trocar a fronha do travesseiro que estava imunda e não trocaram. Café da manhã horrível. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo. Sempre viajo e nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim.

Há três anos que eu não vou a são Paulo, quando vinha sempre ia no Premier pela qualidade e custo benefícios. Esta experiência que obtive agora fez com que fosse a última vez. O valor aumentou demais e o serviço piorou. A pressão do chuveiro estava baixa, a TV estava com interferência, armário com a porta travando. O café da manhã estava fraquissimo. Com pouca gente na manutenção e reposição dos alimentos e teve um episódio curioso : o hotel não possuI sanduicheira e nem torradeira!!! Quando questionei a atendente, ela respondeu que há meses a mesma havia quebrado. E ninguém se importou de trocar.
