I was practically ignored throughout my 8 days stay. The nights were hot and horrible. Even though I complained about the air conditioning not working and was told someone would come fix it, no one ever showed up and no communication was had after that. Horrible service I tell you. I went there to rest but left more exhausted than when I went.

O quarto é bom, únicos pontos negativos seriam o cheiro ao entrar já que tem um cheiro de cigarro ou nicotina mas passando um perfume ou abrindo a janela o cheiro passa, em geral, tudo muito limpo, lembre de levar shampoo, condicionador e sabão, fica a dica

Pra mim, melhor localização. O Edifício Jacques é sempre preferido na hospedagem quando vamos a SP. Tem que saber escolher a opção de Ap. Atende todas as nossas necessidades.

Pontoa fracos e pontos a melhorar

O conceito de stúdio é bem bacana. A cozinha deles é bem equipada. Porém não espere poder falar com alguem diretamente. Só via msg por exemplo no whatsapp. Ah também um travesseiro extra não rolou para mim. No verão deve ser melhor do que no inverno: no meu quarto 39 há muita condensação (humidade). Pensaram em muitas coisas, mas pecaram na ventilação. Ainda que se deixe o ar no modo "dry". Portanto depende talvez da época que vc vá. No mais é um prédio bonito, limpo e bem situado. Em suma boa relação custo benefício. P.s.: eu reservei um estúdio "conforto" e acredito ter ficado no standard, ninguem me confirmou via mensagem. Só disseram que não tinham como me trocar de stúdio.

Ótimo local para ficar no centro de SP

O local da hospedagem é muito bem localizado e apesar da região ser meio perigosa durante a noite, em frente a acomodação é bastante tranquilo. A acomodação possui tudo que é preciso: cooktop, talheres, frigobar, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, microondas e etc. Somente uma das toalhas recebidas estava bastante desgastada e uma das cadeiras estava a ponto de quebrar. Nada que nos atrapalhou. O isolamento acústico do flat é perfeito também! Apesar da região ser bastante barulhenta, principalmente por estar a poucos metros da 25 de março, você fecha as janelas e não ouve mais nada.

Apartamento adequado, serviço limitado, boa estada

A estada foi de acordo com o previsto. É importante ficar claro que o local não é um hotel, então não espere uma recepção nem atendimento 24 horas, você está alugando um apartamento. O check-in é com um porteiro e o procedimento foi rápido. A limpeza do quarto é razoável mas tem problema com insetos voadores que sobem pelos ralos do banheiro, já que eles não tem aquela tampinha giratória. Outro ponto negativo é que eles não oferecem limpeza durante a estada e não informam isso aqui no site. Se você quiser limpeza, tem que agendar e pagar extra, e isso deveria ser explicado antes da reserva. Tem mesa boa de trabalho e internet rápida. A área em volta tem muitos roubos e é perigosa especialmente a noite e nos fins de semana quando quase tudo está fechado, então tem que ter muito cuidado, mas dá pra ir andando pra 25 de Março, pro Mercadão, pra Estação da Luz e pra área comercial Santa Efigência. A rua da frente é bem movimentada e barulhenta durante o dia, mas a janela tem boa vedação e bloqueia grande parte do ruído. O apartamento é pequeno mas foi suficiente para 2 pessoas. A mini cozinha foi muito útil para cozinhar. O prédio tem lavanderia pré-paga por aplicativo, academia (por agendamento em um app) e salão de festa na cobertura (por agendamento na portaria).
