Hotel was an excellent choice, from location in a quiet and accessible area, restaurants around, good service and great room space, bed, tv...everything. I would recommend it as a great option to evaluate for staying in Sao Paulo.

Fiquei bastante decepcionado com a experiência nesse hotel da Rede Intercity. Já fiquei em outros da rede, e esse é bem abaixo. Alguns pontos: 1- impossível falar no hotel. Sempre que ligava, mandava mensagem por WhatsApp, ia parar na central em Porto Alegre. Eu precisei fazer um ajuste na reserva e demorei demais para conseguir. 2 - Precisava de um quarto para 4 pessoas; fui informado pela central que não tinha. Como não tinha, me orientaram a pegar dois quartos e assim fiz. Ficaria com meu filho em um quarto, minha esposa com minha filha em outro. Ao chegar lá, o quarto da minha esposa tinha 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro, ou seja, cabia. Fui enganado. Lamentável. Gastei quase o dobro do previsto, e ninguém conseguiu solucionar nada no balcão. 3. Teto dos corredores com vazamento e mofados. 4. Cheiro do ar condicionado central não é legal. Quarto que eu estava incomodava bastante. 5. Café da manhã bem fraco. Água sem gelo, não tinha equipamentos para esquentar pão que funcionasse. 6. Na saída, o funcionário disse que tinha diária em aberto ainda, precisei abrir extrato do cartão e mostrar o pagamento.

O estacionamento poderia ser gratuito para hospedes. Também poderiam ajudar com as bagagens, achei deselegante não ter ninguém para ajudar, eu mesma coloquei no carrinho e subi e depois desci o carrinho.

Nossa estadia foi boa, adoramos os quartos, o atendimento,o café da manhã e a localização do hotel. O único ponto que ficou a desejar foi a administração de horários em relação a piscina, que só abre as 10h, porém nosso check-out as 12h e tivemos a possibilidade de ficar até as 13h por conta dos funcionários estarem limpando a piscina e ela tendo ficado sem poder usar nesse tempo, mesmo com o check-out prolongado não conseguimos usá-la no segundo dia pois não foi liberada a tempo. Uma pena pois estava muito calor.
