Un safe neighbourhood.

The hotel is ok. The room is ok, breakfast could be better... The real issue here is the location. Really scary place. Very unsafe with a sign that says "Don´t use your phone outside the hotel premises" or "Wait for you uber or taxi in the hotel barriers". Lots of shady people around. Very very unsafe and ugly zone. Otherwise... if you just get in and out using Uber, its ok.
